Chakan Infraprojects Private Limited develops, owns and leases industrial real estate in Chakan MIDC, and is building out a wider industrial advisory practice across Pune's manufacturing corridors.

CIPL's roots are connected to industrial and manufacturing operations, not general property brokerage. That background shapes how the company approaches industrial real estate: land is procured, sheds are engineered for actual manufacturing use, and facilities are leased directly to occupiers — with the practical understanding that comes from having operated inside factories, not just marketed them.
Owned & Developed Assets
CIPL has developed and leased more than 2,00,000+ sq. ft. of industrial space across Chakan MIDC, including large-format sheds and warehouses for heavy fabrication, logistics and automotive manufacturing occupiers. These facilities are owned and operated by CIPL, leased directly with no intermediary broker.
Our Approach
Every requirement is evaluated against the specifications that determine whether a facility actually works for a given process — power, crane capacity, floor loading, clear height, truck access and statutory approvals — before commercial terms are discussed.
Expanding Into Industrial Advisory
Building on its experience as an owner-developer, CIPL is expanding into industrial property advisory, built-to-suit development and landlord representation — helping occupiers find suitable space beyond CIPL's own portfolio, and helping credible property owners reach qualified corporate tenants.
